Servify
Handling 3 MVPs
I managed three Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that collectively impacted over 500,000 users globally. These MVPs were crucial in testing and validating our product concepts in real-world scenarios, providing invaluable insights for further development and refinement.
Wireframing User Flows
I was responsible for wireframing user flows for both the consumer app and the admin backend. This involved creating detailed and intuitive user journey maps that ensured a seamless and efficient user experience. My work in this area was critical in aligning the app’s functionality with user needs and expectations.
Presenting and Iterating Ideas
I frequently presented innovative ideas to upper management, ensuring that they were well-informed and aligned with the project’s vision. This process involved multiple iterations and modifications, refining concepts until they were foolproof and ready for implementation.
Creating MIS and MTD Formats
I developed Management Information System (MIS) and Month-To-Date (MTD) formats for the catalog team. These formats were designed to streamline data reporting and tracking, enhancing the team’s ability to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
Writing PRD for “Product Not Found”
I authored the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for the “Product Not Found” feature on the Servify Consumer App. This document detailed the functionality, design, and implementation requirements for this feature, ensuring that it addressed user needs and improved overall app usability.
