Blockchain Product Manager

During my tenure at Cryptoforce in 2022, I served as an independent consultant focusing on product vision and strategic development for this transparency-focused crypto exchange. My role at Cryptoforce was multifaceted, involving a deep dive into both the technical and operational aspects of the platform.

Product Vision for Perpetual Futures Exchange:

One of my primary responsibilities was to create and refine the product vision for a perpetual futures exchange. This involved extensive market research to understand the competitive landscape and user needs within the crypto trading space. I worked closely with stakeholders to define the unique selling points and features that would differentiate Cryptoforce’s perpetual futures exchange from others in the market. This included designing innovative trading mechanisms, ensuring robust risk management protocols, and enhancing the user interface for a seamless trading experience.

Managing Exchange Operations:

In addition to product vision, I took on the critical task of managing the day-to-day operations of the exchange. This required a deep understanding of the operational workflows, including trade execution, order matching, and liquidity management. I implemented best practices for exchange operations to ensure high efficiency, security, and compliance with industry standards. My role also involved continuous monitoring and optimization of trading algorithms to maintain market competitiveness and ensure user satisfaction.

Development of Ambassador Management Product:

A significant highlight of my time at Cryptoforce was the development of an in-house ambassador management product from scratch, using Ruby on Rails. This product was designed to manage and incentivize ambassadors who played a crucial role in promoting the exchange and engaging with the community. The ambassador management system included features for tracking ambassador activities, automating reward distributions, and analyzing the impact of ambassador-led initiatives. This tool not only streamlined operations but also significantly boosted the effectiveness of our ambassador program, leading to increased user acquisition and retention.

Technical Contributions:

On the technical front, I was heavily involved in the architectural design and implementation of various backend services that powered the exchange. This included ensuring the security and scalability of our systems to handle high volumes of trades. I worked on integrating advanced features such as real-time data feeds, sophisticated trading algorithms, and secure wallet management solutions. My technical acumen ensured that the exchange infrastructure was robust, reliable, and capable of supporting future growth.

Community Engagement and Market Expansion:

Beyond the technical and operational aspects, I also played a role in community engagement and market expansion efforts. I worked on developing educational content and outreach programs to build trust and transparency within the crypto community. By fostering a strong and engaged user base, we were able to expand Cryptoforce’s market presence and drive adoption of our trading platform.
